John is more than just a finder of mortgages. He has some novel ways to get finance when providers can be tricky. And when it comes to re-mortgages or the end of a good deal, he''s always there with a bunch of suggestions. He''s handled actual and potential buy-to-let purchases as well as my home re-mortgages for 6 or 7 years now, and has reliable contacts in related professions to make everything very smooth. Having decided to utilise an equity release scheme for major building work on our property, we were introduced to Whyte Financial by our financial advisor who did not deal with this type of scheme. John Whyte spent a considerable amount of time talking to us to find out exactly what our needs were and came up with a provider prepared to offer what we considered to be an excellent package (i.e. low interest rate, low redemption fee etc). Despite the funds being released in stages due to structural difficulties on our part, John was always available for help and guidance and spent a great deal of time and effort dealing with various departments to ensure everything went through smoothly. Equity release has been of great benefit to us and I would have no hesitation in recommending Whyte Financial (as indeed I have) to anyone looking to participate in this type of scheme. May I say how pleased I was for the exemplary way in which my equity release mortgage transactions were handled by your good self. I wish more firms showed as much efficiency and consideration, as did Whyte Financial. In fact, I will be asking you to act again for me later this year as I’ve decided to ‘drawdown’ (note technical term!!) some more of the balance to pay for tree surgery work etc (That is of course if the firm will still do it in view of the downturn in property values). It has made a lot of difference to my prospects and while perhaps it wouldn’t do for everyone, from personal experience I can thoroughly recommend Equity Release!
