John was a really big help to us when we were buying our first house. As we didn’t really know very much about the buying process it was a great comfort to know that we had John to talk us through the whole process. He explained the different types of mortgages and insurances and we were always able to contact him on the phone if we had any questions. I would recommend Whyte Financial to all my friends.

My wife and I needed to arrange finance to settle our mortgage and a few other commitments, without moving home. John was recommended by a friend, who assured us that our finances would be in good hands. There were a small number of ''blips'' caused by third parties, but John weathered the storm very competently and ensured our requirements were quickly met. Everything was smooth and professional and we can''t recommend John highly enough for his professional services.

What can I say about John Whyte, if ever you need someone to hold your hand when negotiating money matters Johns the man. Quietly confident assured and most importantly of all honest. No faffing about making a big deal out of what needs to be done, just gets on with the job and keeps you posted all the way. He arranged a re-mortgage for my parents so they could release some equity, and although the Building Society mucked him about he took it all in his stride and kept us all calm. I didn''t feel any cause for apprehention at anytime. In fact John is going to be setting up Lasting Power of Attorneys for us, (when I get round to it), I trust this man absolutley, you''re in safe hands.....

John helped us arrange a mortgage for our first home up in London. The whole process seemed at first a bit complicated because we needed a guarantor mortgage, but every step of the way things were comprehensively explained and John worked tirelessly on getting two mortgage agreements. John was professional, keeping us up to date and chasing the lenders, agent and solicitors where necessary. He was also a good friend, able to give us help and advice, particularly as we knew next to nothing about the whole process of buying a house and what to expect. John helped me swap my mortgage over in a most professional manner and was alway on hand to answer any queries. The whole process was done with efficiency and he was never too busy to answer any further questions that arose as the prcess went a long . I always felt he had my bestvinterest at heart. John has been a fantastic help getting us a mortgage sorted as well as insurances for our new home. His advise was always given with our best interests in mind and he really cared that we were getting the best deal. He was in touch regularly to see how things were going and helped us to do some chasing of solicitors when needed.
